BASANOTTO
BASANOTTO chooses Calizzano Mineral Water!
Acqua Minerale Calizzano has been selected as the main ingredient for the preparation of Basanotto, the famous liqueur created in the Ligurian hinterland by Origine Liquori Vallebormida, made mainly with basil, sage, and Savona Chinotto Presidio Slow Food, to which alcohol, cane sugar, lemon zest, mint, and Acqua Minerale Calizzano – springs are added.
After a period of maceration, the ingredients of Basanotto are filtered and left to rest to achieve the ideal aroma.
The aroma is initially dominated by citrus notes of lemon and chinotto, followed by herbaceous notes of basil and sage and the freshness of mint. On the palate, it is delicate and velvety, with a pleasantly persistent finish, in which the citrus fruits and medicinal herbs maintain an excellent correspondence between taste and smell.
It is excellent both enjoyed neat with ice and as a base for other cocktails.
M'INCHINOTTO
M'INCHINOTTO also wants Calizzano Mineral Water!
Following the collaboration with Basanotto, Acqua Minerale Calizzano was chosen, due to its purity, as the ideal water for the preparation of M'inchinotto, the brand new Ligurian liqueur from Origine Liquori Vallebormida made with wheat alcohol, Italian beet sugar, aromatic caramel, lemon juice, Chinotto di Savona Slow Food presidium, natural orange extracts, and Acqua Minerale Calizzano – springs . After maceration and filtering, M'inchinotto is left to rest so that it can be enjoyed at its best.
The aroma reveals the typical scents of chinotto peel, with intense and persistent citrus notes. On the palate, it is reminiscent of typical chinotto-based soft drinks, balancing the dominant bitterness with the sweetness of orange.
It is excellent both enjoyed neat with ice and as a base for other cocktails.

Acqua Minerale Calizzano has entered into a partnership with Casa Fiorini for the production of an exclusive line of bronze-drawn pasta which, thanks to our precious water, acquires lightness, purity, and elasticity.
Casa Fiorini, an artisan pasta factory, was founded in 1967 in Varazze, in the province of Savona, and specializes in the production of fresh and dried pasta, sauces, and traditional Ligurian condiments.
Ethical: to make its products, it also relies on locally sourced ingredients, obtained from trusted local partners, whose natural properties it enhances without resorting to the use of preservatives, colorants, or other chemicals.
Artisanal: the excellence of this pasta factory also derives from refined production techniques that enhance manual skills, patience, and ancient tools, such as bronze drawing, a fundamental process that gives the pasta its authentic, delicious, healthy, and complete characteristics.
Sustainable: since 2020, Casa Fiorini has planned a series of measures to minimize its environmental impact, mainly consisting of reducing plastic use and utilizing renewable energy sources.

The Michelin-starred chef asked Casa Fiorini to create an exclusive spaghetti for his restaurant.
The spaghetti dough is made exclusively with Calizzano mineral water – springs , which gives it consistency, elasticity, and a unique taste. It has an elongated shape with a diameter of 2.3 mm and is made only with the highest quality flours, selected from the best partners in the industry, without the use of chemicals or preservatives.
