The safety of an uncontaminated product.
Our springs well up in the mountains at an average height of about 1,000 m and are located in a forest of beech trees, very ancient and absolutely uncontaminated.
In the beginning, we collected the Fonti Bauda and the Anime springs; the works for the collection of the waters started in the early fifties and the water “reached" the plant in 1959. About twenty years later, we collected the waters of the Barillaro and the Moja springs.
Since the organoleptic characteristics of the water flowing from these four springs are very similar, they have been all conveyed in a single steel water works. The water ducts are long about 4 km and bring the waters in the collection tanks inside in the plant.
All the springs are dug in the naked rock and protected by a reinforced concrete tunnels, with their accesses locked by steel gates. For a greater safety, all the gates are closed with special keys, designed by our technicians and realized in our workshop.
